About the composition of energy
The three life energies
In Ayurveda, health is maintained through the balance of three life energies: fire (Pitta), water (Kapha), and wind (Vata).
When the energy of 'water' is strong, it can cause fatigue, swelling, mucus, and a runny nose.
When the energy of 'wind' is strong, it can result in coldness and dryness.
How to restore balance
Restore balance with two methods
Sedation therapy
Warm the body through diet and yoga to restore balance.
Detoxification therapy
It is a detoxification method for the body and mind, based on the idea of 'washing a dirty cloth and re-dyeing it.' It enhances the digestive function of the stomach and intestines, promoting the elimination of toxins. Detoxification is also supported through healing massages.
Role of henna
Used as an herbal remedy in sedation therapy

In Ayurveda, henna is said to reduce Pitta (the fire energy) and has been used in sedation therapy.

Since ancient times, henna leaves have been brewed to create ointments and anti-inflammatory agents. The components in henna leaves, such as 'β-sitosterol, naphtoquinone, and lawsone,' promote scalp and whole-body metabolism, encouraging detoxification. The healing properties of henna help regulate the autonomic nervous system and boost immunity.
